Sexual debility - Weakness

Men sometime feel sexual weakness. There are various options to energize yourself i.e. taking multivitamin tablets, take better and healthy diet, exercise etc. You can also try making some homemade recipes that is cheap, safe and effective. You can easily prepare your own herbal medicine from the ingredients which are easily available in your kitchen and market. Following are some homemade sexual power enhancing recipes  that will booost your sexual power.
  1. Soak (bhigo dain) 8 to 10 almonds and 1 tea-spoon rice overnight. In the morning, Remove the outer skin of almonds. Grind into a fine paste. Mix it, in a glass of milk and a pinch of turmeric (haldi) powder. Boil this mixture and drink along with sugar-candy (mishri) or ordinary sugar to taste.
  2. Fry equal quantities of Carom (ajwain) seeds and kernel of tamarind seeds (imli ke beej) in ghee. Grind them, make Powder and store in a dry, cool place. Mix 1 tea-spoon of this powder in a glass of MILK along with 1 table-spoon honey (shehad). Drink daily at bedtime.
  3. Make parathas (chapati/bread) of wheat flour by adding ½ cup fenugreek (methi) leaves, ½ tea-spoon ground almonds, ½ tea-spoon poppy seeds (khuskhus) and a little gheeEat daily for 40 days.
  4. Boil 1 tea-spoon ground fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in a cup of water (paani) and drink.
  5. ½ half tea-spoon ginger (adrak) juice mixed with honey (shehad) and a semi-boiled egg (anda), taken at night, it will boost your sexual power.
  6. Onion seeds (kalaunji) dried and powdered, 1 tea-spoon eaten 3 times daily along with sugar or SugarCandy (mishri) or honey, it will increase your sexual power.
  7. Boil 1 tea-cup milk with ½ tea-spoon black pepper (kali mirch) powder and 7 to 9 crushed almonds. Take at bedtime.
  8. Mix ¼ tea-spoon nutmeg (jaiphal) powder in tea-spoon honey (shehad) and take with a half-boiled egg (anda) an hour before going to bed.
  9. Take 2 tea-spoon of amla juice and mix it with 2 tea-spoonfuls each honey (shehad) & lime juice. Add 1 tea-cup water (paani) and drink on an empty stomach (khaali pait/Nehaar Mu) every morning. (Note: The treatment should continue for at least 120 days to achieve expected and best results.)
  10. Mix ¼ tea-spoon saffron (kesar / zaafraan) with milk. Take twice daily.
  11. Grind 2 to 3 tea-spoon dried pomegranate seeds (anaar dana) and take once or twice in a day along with milk.
  12. Mix some sesame seeds (til) with jaggery (gurr/shakkar) and eat. tasty and healthy.
