Neend na aana - Insomnia

Achhi neend ke liye Mtabolism ka Low hona bohat zaroori hai, agar ap raat khana khanay ke foran baad sonay ke liye lait jaengay to neend ka aana mushkil hoga kyunke us time apka metabolism high hoga. Aisi ghiza jis mai fats aur carbohydrates ziada hon, wo neend laanay mai madadgar hoti hai.

Neend laanay ke liye: banana, milk, egg, cake, ice-cream, dry fruits, biscuit etc
Neend bhagaanay ke liye: spicy food (ziyada mirch masala), meat, fish, rice, vegetable etc.

  2. agar 2 chamach shehad (honey) neem garam dudh (milk) mai dal kar pee lia jaey to jisam intehaee pursakoon ho jata hai aur achi neend aati hai.
  3. kaila (banana) neend laanay mai bohat behtar hai is liye isay sleeping capsule bi kaha jata hai.
  4. Raat ko Neem garam dudh (milk) peenay say bi achi neend aati hai, because is say metabolism low ho jata hai.
